| We accept Visa and MasterCard when making
payment in our Bangkok office or by fax. We regret that we cannot accept credit card payments directly via the internet. |

| Do you have flights starting in countries other than Thailand? |

| Most of our special deals on flight tickets are for
flights starting from Thailand. We do sometimes have good prices for flights starting in other places. Contact us with your requirements. |

| Why are train tickets best booked in Bangkok? |
|
| We recommend booking
train tickets on arrival in Bangkok as we can only make bookings with full payment. This is due to the cancellation conditions imposed by the railway. (credit card payment by fax is now available) |

Can you
arrange visas for me before I arrive in Thailand? | |
| No. We can only
arrange visas when you visit our Bangkok office. Visas can
only be issued when we can send your passport to the
appropriate embassy or consulate. For visas to enter
Thailand, please contact your closest Thai Embassy or
Consulate. | |

| Can you book guest house rooms on Khaosan Road? |
|
|
Many guest houses in the Khaosan Road area do not take advanced bookings for rooms. We
do however have 2 online booking systems where you can book a selection of
hotels, resorts and some
guest houses in Bangkok and other areas of Thailand. For
Hotels & resorts please check our hotel reservations booking
system. For guest houses, budget hotels & hostels please
check our
budget hotels reservation system. We can also arrange
reservations for some hotels from our
Bangkok Office. |
