|Do you have a shop or showroom in Bangkok?|
|No. We supply only direct international orders via the internet. Many of our products are made to order from local factories and manufacturers and we run only a packing and shipping office for export.|

|Our Export office is out of the city & is not set up to
receive visiting customers. We work exclusively on the internet with
direct international orders & are set up to give our full attention to

|Do you have a printed catalogue?|
|Our main catalogue is the web site & most of our products can be found online. We do have a printed body jewelry catalogue (160 pages) which we send with a customers first body jewelry orders. The catalogue can be viewed online here - Body Jewellery Catalogue 2011. Alternatively please contact us for a link to a pdf version available for download.|
|Can you send us samples of your products?|
|We regret that we cannot send samples of our products. We have so many requests for samples that we could not possibly agree to send out samples in the numbers that are requested. We must ask you to make a normal order for the products that interest you. If for any reason you are not happy with the products that you receive from us we will offer you a full refund of the product cost, not including shipping. You must however notify us within 3 days of delivery & return the products to us in order to receive a refund.|
|Your web site does not list a phone number?|
|Our main method of communication is by email. We are set up to be an internet business & to work as efficiently as possible in this way. We prefer to avoid phone calls wherever possible due to language difficulties & world time zone differences.|
|Why do you have a minimum order of $100?|
|There are many reasons. Firstly, each order from start
to finish requires a lot of attention, time & communication. As we operate on low profit margins it is not cost effective for us
to deal with orders of lower values than this. (Most of our competitors
have minimum order levels of $500 - $2000) As one of our main product lines
is Pewter which is made to order, with minimums per design set by the factories,
we need this level to ensure an order can be made. We apologise If this does not suit
your order requirements but can only suggest that you look for a local wholesaler in your
country who holds stock. Please contact us in case we have a customer who wholesales our
products there. Lastly, shipping from Thailand
is more cost effective for larger orders. The lowest per kg rates with UPS
shipping are for promotion size, up to 25kg boxes.
|Why are there minimum order levels for some products?|
|As our pewter jewelry is made to order by local factories we have to satisfy the factory requirements for minimum production of a design. Our main range of Pewter can be ordered with minimums of 10 per design (pendants, rings & toe rings) & 5 per design (bangles). These levels are the minimum that the factory will agree to produce. Most factories have much higher levels than this & we are privileged to be offered such low minimums.|
|Why does it take 3-4 weeks to make an order of pewter?|
|Each order is sent to the factory for production as soon as you have confirmed the order with us. There are often many orders in the system at one time & where possible orders are made in the sequence that they are received. We have found that 3 weeks is the most reliable time estimate that we can offer to ensure an order is complete. Occasionally when the production is busy, some orders do go overtime. Also, when the production is quiet an order is sometimes finished within 2 weeks. These are just some of the challenges of having goods made to order! The main benefit of working this way is that we can currently offer over 1600 designs of pewter pendant, far more than would be possible if we supplied from stock.|
|Is your Pewter jewelry Nickel free?|
|Yes. All of our pewter jewelry is made to comply with the latest EEC metal directives including being nickel free.|
|What size are the Embroidered Patches?|
|The Embroidered patches vary in size & shape. Some
examples in mm are:-
EB079 = 55 x 48
EB111 = 40 x 58
EB134 = 60 x 60
EB138 = 65 x 40
EB139 = 55 x 43
EB140 = 55 x 42
EB183 = 55 x 48
|What size are the Pewter Pendants?|
|The Pewter Pendants vary in size & shape. Many are in
the range of (mm) :- e.g.
45 x 40, 40 x 25, 40 x 35. Disc shape pendants are often diameter 27mm
|What are your shipping charges?|
|We charge for shipping by weight / volume at our cost only. We prefer that you pay the actual cost only & nothing extra. When you place an order we will conservatively estimate what we expect this to be but we will not charge until your order is complete. We then have an accurate shipping weight / volume & can often reduce the estimated charge.|
|Why is your contact form sometimes unavailable?|
|There are periods when we are close to our capacity with our existing customer base. When this happens we cannot always deal with the large amount of email enquiries that we receive. We prefer to temporarily remove our contact form so that we can give full attention to existing customers & their ongoing orders (existing customers use different contact details). We apologise if you have tried to contact us in one of these periods but we are happy to give priority to our regular existing customers.|
|Will I have any extra charges to pay when my order is delivered?|
|Yes, possibly. This depends on your location and on the policy of your national customs service regarding imports. Many countries charge a percentage VAT & or Duty on imports. When this happens using UPS shipping, your country's customs service will charge the fee to UPS who will in turn ask for this payment from you on delivery. Please check with your country's customs service to find if you will be liable for any taxes and at what percentage they will be charged.|
|Which payment methods do you accept?|
|We can now offer payment by Paypal, Faxed credit card form or Bank transfer. For orders in excess of $1000 we ask for bank transfers but for smaller orders we can now accept Paypal or credit card payments via a faxed credit card form. Credit card payments can also be made via Paypal without the need to be a Paypal member.|
